Senior VP Marketing, PR & Investor Relations

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of the renewable marketing Department, including policies, establishing short-term objectives and long-term strategic initiatives to help position the company as a market leader.

Our client is a growing, well-respected, financially sound (no debt and well financed) renewable energy company who offers an innovative, fast paced environment working in the rapidly growing renewable energy industry. This position offers the opportunity to help shape company strategy, have a high-profile nationally with a competitive compensation package and incentives. Expected long term results include interconnect 1,200 MW of new renewable energy to the utility transmission grid within 5 years.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Aligns strategies and tactics to deliver against short and long term objectives
• Plans and directs all aspect of the Company's marketing policies, objectives and initiatives
• Provides Executive Team with marketing strategic advice, based on experience and research
• Conducts market and competitor research and analysis
• Positions our brand as a leader and innovator
• Conducts market studies to identify "hot spots" of growth in global regions for new markets and adjusts or redrafts the Company's marketing plan and philosophy accordingly
• Identifies, monitors and meets expense budgets
• Supports the Executive Team during high-level presentations and meetings
• Acts as our "front" person with various media and investor groups
